WWE: 6 Current Faces That Are Better As Heels

It's fair to say that heels in the wrestling business are a lot more fun to watch than babyfaces. Why is that? Because they tend to have more character depth, they tend to get more time on the microphone and it's just nice to be able to play the bad guy or girl instead of the smiling good person all the time. What about for the performers? My guess is most of them would prefer to play the heel just because it's different from the norm. As a society, we're taught to be polite. Say please, say thank you, hold the door open for people - things like that. If you're a heel none of that applies. You get to play a character that is a jerk whenever you're in that ring. Sounds like fun to me. In today's WWE, there are several performers that are currently performing as babyfaces even though they are clearly better in the heel role. In most cases it's because that person is a veteran and the fans are so used to seeing them that they tend to get cheered more than most. Somebody I won't mention is John Cena. While I think he has great potential as a main event level heel that could really impact the company, I don't see him turning heel anytime soon. It would be interesting, though, that's for sure. For today's column, we'll take a look at these six Superstars and take a look at their previous work as heels as well as their future in WWE in terms of having another heel run.
