6. Christian
The 40-year-old Canadian first started in WWE in 1998. Aside from a three year run in TNA Wrestling in the mid 2000s, he's been a WWE lifer. Even though he's never been a true top guy, he is a former two time World Champion that has won plenty of other gold in his WWE career. A future Hall of Fame berth is very likely. When I think of Christian's best work in his career I believe that he's thrived more in the heel role. His tag team with Edge was mostly a heel run. In the years that followed when he was always around the IC Title he spent more time as a bad guy too. The best year of his career was a a few years ago in 2011 when he turned heel after dropping the World Title to Randy Orton. He was mad that he lost the World Title after a couple of days and turned heel against Randy Orton. They had a lot of great matches along the way to having the best WWE feud that year. Since his great heel year in 2011, he's mostly been dealing with injuries. From a serious concussion to major shoulder surgery, it's been tough for him the past few years. Now he's a veteran with a credibility that will work with rising heels and probably put them over because he's near the end of his career. Even though it's unlikely he'll turn heel again because WWE likely sees value in him as a veteran face, one more heel run wouldn't be a bad thing either.
Odds of a heel turn in 2014: 20%.
