Things got pretty sketchy backstage though. The list of wrestlers that are rumoured to have slept with Sunny is expansive - including names such as Bret Hart, X Pac, Joey Mercury, Sabu, Ahmed Johnson, Sandman and Scott Hall. But the most substantiated of the relationships is the nine month one she had with Shawn Michaels. Good time to mention, Candido was kind of her doormat boyfriend the entire time. According to Sunny (who often makes things up) the romance ended when Michaels proposed that she move in with him; something she was not prepared to do. She did however stay with the insanely talented Chris Candido, only seriously dating other men following his death. A recent less than amicable separation from independent wrestler Damien Darling sent the former diva completely off the rails - resulting in Darling taking out a restraining order against her.
