Those are the words that Ric Flair said after WWE President Jack Tunney awarded him the World Heavyweight Title. It's a famous speech that wrestling fans will never forget.
"When you walk around in this world and you tell everybody you're number one, the only way to stay number one is to be number one. And this is the only title in the wrestling world makes you number one. When you are the king of the WWF, you rule the world!"
Heenan told Flair that he was never more impressed than anything he had ever seen in his life.
It also mentioned the random line by Mean Gene as he told somebody off screen that they should put their cigarette. I don't even know what that was about, but it was funny.
Flair ended it with a "Woo" and off they went to celebrate.
The speech was one of the best "post-game" promos you'll ever hear in wrestling. Unlike in today's wrestling, he probably came up with it himself. No writers needed. I miss those days.
