WWE: 6 Reasons Hulk Hogan's Return Would Be "Bad For Business"

3. He Clearly Can't Perform Anymore

Hulk Jogan Perhaps the most important fact is that Hulk Hogan just can't wrestle anymore. Despite constantly trying to reassure everyone that he can train and get back into ring shape, he clearly has no business stepping between the ropes anymore. It's understandable that he would claim to be fit in order to get himself a paycheck but at this point it's hard to imagine anyone believes him. Hogan's last lengthy run atop the card was in 2002, where after turning face at Wrestlemania 18 he managed to beat Triple H for the World Heavyweight Title almost aged 50. It was clear at the time that Hogan was very much past his prime, though was able to hide his weaknesses against great opponents like Kurt Angle and later in a tag team with the ultra talented Edge. His matches in 2005/6 with Michaels and Orton were decent by Hogan standards, but with plenty of filler to again hide his weaknesses. Now 60, Hogan is even less likely to put on a good performance. Admittedly, his lack of in ring talent has never held him back before, but the thought of a 60 year old Hogan taking part in a match at the biggest Pay Per View of the year is something I'd rather not think about. What's more likely is booking him in some sort of nostalgia angle, which ends in him getting physical with someone on the roster. Even that sends a shiver down my spine, thinking of which poor youngster in the company is going to have to sell his feeble looking punches and run away from a man who can barely walk without assistance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DB0VCQLvJI8
