WWE: 6 Reasons Your Criticisms Of The Current Product Are Plain Wrong

1...More Wrestling

logocollection I actually think this is an argument solely confined to the North American region, as they are quite simply (sorry if this offends but as R Truth says, "the TRUTH shall set you free") are the most selfishly spoilt wrestling fans on the entire planet. They get all the wrestling in the world over there and all they do is whine, bitch, complain and tune out. Lets look at some facts. If you watched all of WWE€™s main programming every week (RAW/Smackdown/Superstars) for a year you would've spent 400 hours tuned into wrestling, which amounts to 16 days straight. And I haven€™t even mentioned WWE's NXT, TNA, ROH, CZW or any local promotion that gets tv time over there. That is a serious amount of wrestling. And if you complain about what you watch when it comes to the WWE then you only have yourself to blame. If RAW is too long for you, watch Smackdown. It continues the storylines set up in the previous show and highlights them in the RAW rebound, so you don€™t miss out on anything of importance. If you don't like the "dramatic" and/or just sick of seeing Cena every week, then watch "Superstars". It features barely any storylines (if any) and showcases the low/mid card performers of the WWE who are out to show why they should be a main eventer.. If you hate the over the top WWE production, then watch NXT. It is quite simply where the future of the WWE begins. And if none of this convinces you to watch the current format, then go to WWE Classics online and check out some old Macho Man matches. There is simply no excuse. especially for the Yanks. With ratings at an all time low at the moment I think Vince should do what he did to us Aussies back in '03-04 and simply don't air the WWE on American televison for a year like he did for us. It makes you truly appreciate what you have when its comes to the McMahon conglomerate. You Yanks would be begging to have Cena forced down your throat every week. So there you are. You can either be a €œsmart€ wrestling fan or a smark, its up to you. And as I have said, if none of this convinces you and you still will keep your opinion of the current product that is the WWE more power to ya. All you have to do is switch off the tv. But don€™t go around telling everyone how crap it is when you haven€™t invested any time in said product. It€™s an insult to the average wrestling fan and quite frankly, proves the type of person you are. Tell me I€™m wrong???

Passions in life: Movies, Music and Wrestling....My childhood was spent growing up in the "Outback" of Australia (I'm a little bit country) and my adulthood resided within the city limits (I'm a little bit rock and roll), so you could say that I am the best (or worst) of both worlds. A 6 foot 7 ex wannabe pro wrestler (whose career was cut short due to a busted back, NOT caused by wrestling) & muso who has a precocious cat & a habit of doing the wrong thing but for the right reasons. The story of my life???? All demos, no albums ;)
