Two people were included here because they're both champions and both very ready to be on the main roster. Since WWE is showing NXT on WWE Network, why not have both current champions show up on Raw with their titles? It would bring great exposure to the NXT brand, to the talent themselves and it benefits the entire company. If Neville showed up on Raw with the NXT Title against a midcard heel like Alberto Del Rio, ended the match with his finisher (the amazing Red Arrow) and made the fans say "wow" the first time they saw him they would never forget him. You can only make one first impression in your life. For some fans they don't even know who he is, so for that to be the first thing he did it would be amazing. As for Paige, she's only 21 years old and is already than most of the girls on the main roster. Why? Because she's already a skilled wrestler that grew up wanting to be in that ring. She wasn't a model that was told to wrestle. She was born to wrestle. If WWE really wants to improve the divas division they need to bring her up soon. She'll impress people as long as she gets the opportunity to show what she can do.
