WWE: 7 Finishing Moves That Should Be Resurrected

4. Texas Cloverleaf

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqO3TQhkcHc Recently used by: Dean Malenko (2002); Sheamus (current) Granted, Sheamus is using the Cloverleaf periodically right now, but it€™s fairly infrequent and doesn€™t get a lot of tap-outs. He should start using it to finish matches. Otherwise, if he needs an Irish-themed mid-match submission hold, have him apply the Boston Crab and turn the Cloverleaf over to someone who could use it. Maybe it€™s just an affinity for WCW, but the Cloverleaf always seemed like the death knell for an opponent. When Malenko locked it in, it was only a matter of time before a person tapped out. The Cloverleaf stacks up well with the various submission finishers being used in WWE today, and it would provide a superstar with a great secondary finisher. Superstars who could use it: Sheamus, Bad News Barrett, Cody Rhodes
