WWE: 7 Next NXT Call-Ups To The Main Roster

1. Adrian Neville

Adrian Neville Formerly known as PAC on the independent scene, Adrian Neville picks up the first spot on my list. The Brit has been in NXT since early 2013, and is a two-time NXT tag team champion (or three-time, if you count the match where he and Bo Dallas dropped the belts to the Wyatt Family when his first partner, Oliver Grey, was injured as a reign), and just recently became the #1 contender to Bo Dallas' championship. As I've said with Sami Zayn, this man has made a reputation in the independent companies as an excellent ring worker, so I don't need to comment on that. Neville isn't very good at cutting promos, but his character doesn't require him to do so. Neville is a high flyer, that man who is supposed to get over by wowing the audience with his moves, and not his words. It has worked so far, in developmental, as his fast-paced style and amazing maneuvers (such as his finisher, the Red Arrow, a Corkscrew Shooting Star Press) have made him one of the top stars in NXT. I think that his character is very easy to translate to the main roster. Rey Mysterio is a man who did the exact same thing, and accomplished a lot of success, so I think that Adrian has tons of potential. I don't believe they'd give him a strong push from the get go, but he can become a very good midcarder, and perhaps, later in his career, get more of a push. NXT is a great show, packed with talent. Many of those people could be on the main roster right now, but aren't, and I don't blame WWE for that. As I've said, one of the main objectives now that Triple H is in charge of NXT is to bring people up when they already have plans for them, so they aren't just thrown around the roster, and that is a great initiative. That means that we won't see talents like Neville or Zayn jobbing on Superstars two weeks after their debut without anything going on, and thus, all of the people on this list will probably get the treatment they deserve when they are called up. I believe they're all talented and can succeed on the main roster, and that we will see them there soon enough.
