WWE: 7 Possible Matches For Undisputed Championship At WrestleMania XXX

6. John Cena vs The Rock

The Rock and John Cena main evented the two past WrestleManias; with Rock scoring the win at WrestleMania 28 and John Cena pinning Rock at WrestleMania 29, defeating him for the WWE Championship. Both were huge matches and both WrestleManias had massive buy rates, thus, WWE would probably consider this feud a success (despite both matches being horrible from a match quality standpoint). There are two main reasons why I believe these two could fight for the Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania XXX. The first one is the fact that this feud is currently a tie. Each man has a victory over the other, 1 to 1. This is considered to be one of the greatest rivalries of all time, which has spanned over three WrestleManias (if you count Rock hitting the Rock Bottom on John Cena at WrestleMania 27), and I have a hard time believing that Vince McMahon likes seeing such a great rivalry (in WWE's mind) unresolved, in a way. They would love to promote this match by being the final blow-off to this huge feud, which started with a non-title bout, went into a WWE Championship Match and now, finally, at WrestleMania XXX, to finally end it once and for all for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Tell me this doesn't sound like what Michael Cole would keep telling us during every Monday night after the match was announced, if it ever happened. The second reason why I think this could happen is because The Rock still has a rematch. After losing the title to Cena, he left, supposedly due to an injury, and never had his rematch, which is granted to everyone who holds the championship. Perhaps Rock returns after the Elimination Chamber reminding Cena of this and the match is on. In this scenario, John Cena would obviously win the title from Randy Orton, although what makes it unlikely for me is that the Royal Rumble winner goes nowhere. Perhaps Rock wins the Rumble or Cena wins it and cashes in his opportunity at the Elimination Chamber PPV (as he did in 2008, ironically against Randy Orton, who he'd face in this scenario), but these inconsistencies make this somewhat unlikely. I wouldn't put this match very high on the list, but I also wouldn't ignore this possibility. Even if I don't want to see it myself, McMahon knows many others want to, so it may happen.
