WWE: 7 Reasons Why Bray Wyatt Must Beat John Cena At WrestleMania

1. Wyatt Becomes A Bigger Star With A Win

The most important reason why Wyatt must beat Cena is because it will make Wyatt into a bigger star. That's the whole point of mixing a veteran with a young guy. When the young guy beats the established then the fans think "hey that young guy is on the same level as him" and then that person becomes a bigger deal. It's one of the easiest concepts in wrestling to understand. It's also one of the things that helped kill a company like WCW because they were terrible at having the established top guys put over the younger guys that deserved it. Learn from the mistakes of others because if you don't it could be your downfall too. When WWE looks at Wyatt, they have to see him as one of their stars of the next decade. He has all the tools to be a top guy. He's young (27 years old in May), he comes from a wrestling family (his dad is long time WWE employee Irwin R. Schyster and grandpa is Blackjack Mulligan), his promo skills are already very good and he continues to improve as an in-ring performer as was mentioned earlier. On top of that, having an eccentric character is really going to make him stand out from the pack the same way it helped guys like Undertaker and Mankind. It's time for WWE to look to the future. That means guys in their late 20s like Wyatt, Reigns, Rollins, Ambrose and others need to be positioned in bigger roles from WrestleMania and beyond so that in the next 5-10 years they're in the spots that guys like Cena and Orton have been in for so long. Vince McMahon has likely known Bray Wyatt all his life. He knows that wrestling is in his blood. He knows that he lives for the business. That's the kind of guy you want on the top. It's the kind of guy that Cena is too. That's why this Wyatt/Cena feud has the potential to be great. These are two wrestling lifers putting it all out there to entertain us. The ultimate goal is to make Wyatt a bigger star. That's why Wyatt must beat Cena at WrestleMania 30.
