WWE: 7 Reasons Why Triple H Is Best For Business

5. New Talent

the shield Since Triple H became an executive of Talent Relations and Talent Development, we have seen stars such as Damien Sandow, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Antonio Cesaro come through and shine in the environment. Along with these talents, he has managed to help bring in the likes of Sin Cara (Mistico), Kharma (Awesome Kong), Kassius Ohno (Chris Hero), Adrian Neville (PAC), Sami Zayn (El Generico), Kalisto (Samuray Del Sol) and helped develop the likes of Paige, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus and Xavier Woods (Consequences Creed). These sorts of acquisitions and efforts towards talent development have really benefited WWE over the past year, and have set great expectations for the future. He has also proved to be someone that wrestlers can go and talk to when they want to raise the bar in terms of their performance (according to Damien Sandow and Sheamus). This sort of nurturing can only improve WWE, as he tries to ignite people's passion for the business and avoid money-grabbers like Brock Lesnar, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair (no disrespect to what any of them talents have done over their careers, but for the most part of each wrestler's careers, they have all cared more about their pay-checks and their image rather than the business). A lot of people don't realise how much Triple H loves this business (look at all the work he did to put Bruno Sammartino in the Hall of Fame), but he has proved his passion over and over again with what he gives to the company both in his matches and now with his dedication as a backstage employee. Like every wrestling fan and employee, he has his own views on what makes a great wrestler. Triple H has personally moved past "The Prototype" wrestler who can bench press a ridiculous amount of weight and measures in tall enough to be an NBA player. He is looking for talent nowadays, and is a breath of fresh air because of it. Under Triple H, it is beginning to look like we will see a lot less of people like The Great Khali, Ezekiel Jackson & Brodus Clay, and more of people like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose. The ground-works have been set for Triple H's time as the boss of WWE, with his talent scouting and performance, and I must say those ground-works look very stable indeed. So, speaking of Triple H helping careers...
