WWE: 7 Reasons Why Triple H Is Best For Business

6. Revamping Of Talent Development

Nxt "WWE Performance Center" is all I should have to say on this matter really, but I will say a lot more! Vince McMahon, as we know, stayed out of this project more than we are used to, as Triple H was given the majority of the control with its development. Triple H built the new facility around what he wants, so that he can begin to shape the future of the Paul Levesque WWE. The result is a massive new complex, kitted out with rings, training facilities, rehab centres, physical testing equipment as well as facilities for character development and improving your promos. He has also changed the method of training the new stars' promo ability, stepping away from spoon-feeding scripts to the rookies. Instead, they now give them bullet points and make them adapt their own promos, much like our esteemed vocal geniuses Paul Heyman, CM Punk and Damien Sandow do. Here is a little example of Triple H's view on wrestling from Tough Enough, where he gives the young talent a quick wrestling lesson: Alongside this, Triple H was also responsible for the re-vamping of NXT and the decision to move to Full Sail University. This was possibly the best thing for the development system, as the FCW show was being poorly managed and had run its course, while the NXT TV show had gone completely south and was just hindering the talent that were on it. The current NXT show instead has a regular showcase of talent that are preparing for the big time, and are regularly visited by roster members to give them top level competition. Triple H has slowly integrated titles into the show, crowning Seth Rollins himself when he won the first ever NXT Championship. The new look NXT is now slowly starting to churn out that wonderful talent we have been waiting for, and Triple H is helping to integrate them into the show. So, with that in mind, let's talk more about the talent.
