WWE: 7 Superstars Whose Mic Work Will Make Them Major Players

3. Damien Sandow

Damien Sandow If I had to rank my favorite midcarders in WWE right now, Damien Sandow might be at the very top of the list. Why? Because he's a guy that has all the tools you want in a potential main event player. Sandow has plenty of experience (been wrestling for over a decade), he has a lot of charisma, he's perfected his gimmick and his best strength of all might be his promo skills. A guy like Sandow has the exact kind of skill set that WWE should want in all of their superstars. Since this is about the promo ability of performers, it's easy to see why Sandow is one of the best. He exudes confidence. He's also able to portray the role of a cocky jerk that talks down to the fans because he believes he's smarter than them. Fans like to boo people that deserve it for doing a good job with their character and that's what Sandow does. The problem is that at this point in his career he should be doing more. Hopefully management realizes he's a guy that can really build a story with his promo ability and back it up in the ring too. If Sandow's ever going to reach the top of the mountain, it will largely be because of his work on the microphone as a guy that can get under the skin of the fans.
