WWE: 7 Wrestlers The Rock Should Face At WrestleMania 31

1. Brock Lesnar

The Rock Vs Brock On December 31 last year, The Rock did a Q&A with his fans on Twitter as he does every few months. When a fan asked about Rock's plans for WrestleMania 30 this year, he responded with an answer that was very telling. Rock tweeted: "Between Vince, Brock & myself our Wrestlemania 30 plan was ROCK vs BROCK. No plans now for 30 but possibly WM 31." He made it clear that he wasn't going to have a part at WrestleMania 30, but the door is obviously open for WrestleMania 31. Following last year's WrestleMania, there were stories that The Rock was going to get laid out by Lesnar on Raw to set up a match for this year. Instead, they changed their mind (likely due to Rock's injuries) and Rock wasn't even on Raw. The two part-time mega stars have a history together because it was The Rock that put over Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2002 when WWE had every intention of making Lesnar their top guy for the next decade. It was a passing of the torch in some ways although Lesnar only stayed around for two years after that. If they were to do the match next year it would be under different circumstances. With The Rock earning fame as one of the most famous actors on the planet and Lesnar turning into a huge draw in both UFC and WWE, this would be the kind of titanic showdown that casual fans might tune in to watch just because of them. Since Lesnar is signed by WWE until at least WrestleMania 31 and Rock mentioned they might do it, chances are good that if The Rock decides to have at least one more match then his opponent is likely going to be Brock Lesnar. Rock vs. Brock? Sounds like a winner. -->
