3. "Macho Man" Randy Savage

Randy Savage is the unquestioned biggest WWE performer that is not in the WWE Hall of Fame. Will it ever happen? We don't know. It would be nice if it did, but really it should have happened ten years ago. Savage passed away in 2011 although his legacy will always be felt by fans that grew up idolizing the Macho Man. Savage's real name was Randy Poffo, the son of pro wrestler Angelo Poffo. Angelo started wrestling in 1948 and was active for the next 40 years. He also was credited for training Randy and his other son Lanny, who some fans might remember as "Leaping Lanny" or The Genius. Something I always admired about Savage was that even though he wasn't in the public eye very much in his last few years, his brother Lanny mentioned that Randy wanted to go in the Hall of Fame only if his father was inducted as well. When Randy's father was ill, he spent a lot of time taking care of him and spending money to make sure he got the best treatment possible.
