WWE: 8 Locations for WrestleMania 30

6. Memorial Coliseum (Los Angeles, California)

LA Memorial ColiseumWhy it might: Unlike all the newly built stadiums, this is a venue with a massive historical background, hosting the Olympics in 1932 and 1984, as well as being the only Olympic venue to hold a Superbowl and World Series. In one of the best tourism spots in the USA, there's no weather issues expected and a wrestling capacity likely to exceed 100,000. Vince McMahon has already once tried to use the venue for WrestleMania, before having to settle for the much smaller Memorial Sports Arena. Last summer the WWE magazine teased WrestleMania 30 will be going to a city of Olympic proportion - Los Angeles certainly fits that tag (as does London), but the decision on venue had not been solidified then, so the magazine was in all probability simply swirling rumours for exposure. Why it might not: Los Angeles has been the annual host of SummerSlam for four years now and there were rumours the 2013 event could take place elsewhere (Wembley Stadium for one) to make way for a California-based WrestleMania 30. However, this doesn't seem to have materialised, so the likelihood of WWE's two biggest PPVs taking place in the same state in the same year seems a long shot. The stadium doesn't exactly qualify for typical standards - it's not a new, flashy and innovative building and will require some sprucing up.
