WWE: 8 Reasons Bray Wyatt Will Fail After WrestleMania 30
5. Wrestling Style
Bray Wyatt is very much a nuanced role. He's part wrestling personality and part method actor. The man who gets in the ring is an extension of the man who speaks his sermon on the mic. He brings the same creepy, passionate, and off-kilter aura with him and it bleeds through his every action, movement, and move he does. When he stands in the corner and bends back he could send a chill down the spine of even the toughest man. The problem is the very same thing that makes Bray Wyatt so compelling and unique is the very same thing that might work against him. It's going to be very difficult for Bray to make his herky-jerky style work in the long term. Sometimes his frenetic energy comes off as bumbling and stumbling, scattered and awkward. Bray has been extremely protected in singles matches as of yet. Most of his early bouts were all but squash matches and the only real showcase he's had so far was against Daniel Bryan at the Royal Rumble. It was a great match but Daniel Bryan could get a great match out of Moppy if he had to. In order to be a main event talent in WWE Bray has to be able to work with everybody. With such a weird style to maintain Wyatt might not be able to make it work.
