WWE: 8 Ways Elimination Chamber Devalued Wrestlemania 30

1. Cena Vs Wyatt At Wrestlemania 30

The number 2 point was more about Elimination Chamber robbing us of the Wyatts vs Shield at Wrestlemania. This ultimate point will cover what has been put in its place ... Cena vs Wyatt. The booking of this match is simply horrible and it's going to hurt Mania in several ways. Firstly you have the appalling character dynamics, with face Cena versus heel Bray simply impossible. John is going to be booed out of the building while Bray is cheered. That is if fans will even engage with the match, as great as Bray is on the undercard, he isn't perceived as a main event act. He has in fact barely wrestled in 2013 if you look at appearances. The promoting to main event level status is somewhat premature despite his recent match of the night performances at Royal Rumble and the six man effort. John Cena deserves the kind of names such as Undertaker, Lesnar, Triple H or Punk. That might not be a popular opinion with the Internet wrestling fans but it's the truth. Bray Wyatt isn't yet big enough for this match. The mass audience isn't going to be sold on it. With Wrestlemania 30 looking like Orton vs Batista, Cena vs Wyatt and possibly even Bryan vs Kane; you have to ask yourself, is the 30th anniversary of Wrestlemania really worth your money? Elimination Chamber could have given the New Orleans show a boost, but if anything, it looks to have handicapped it further.
