WWE: 8 Wrestlers Set To Be “Future Endeavored” In 2014

6. Alex Riley

alex riley Alex Riley is a bust. He was a bad wrestler and he is a worse commentator. For many, the current iteration of NXT is consistently the best hour of television that the WWE puts out every week, and the overall quality of the show only serves to highlight just how bad a commentator Riley is. Of course, when compared to William Regal's blend of in-depth analysis and jokes that your father would like, anyone would look like a scrub - but each time Riley launches into an anecdote about his 2010-11 run with the Miz, it's particularly evident how little Riley has to offer. It's not entirely A-Ry's fault - who would even entertain the idea that having Riley talk through every match and segment of an hour long broadcast would prompt him to reveal some as-yet-unearthed charisma? Put quite simply, there are countless talents already employed by the WWE that could do far more with the chances that have been afforded to Riley; if any one wrestler personifies the 'dead weight' that the WWE typically uses its 'future endeavors' line to rid itself of, it's Alex Riley.
