WWE: 8 Wrestlers Set To Be “Future Endeavored” In 2014

2. Zack Ryder

zack ryder vs the miz The rise and fall of Zack Ryder is a story as sad as it is brief. Ryder's talents may lay in self-promotion rather than wrestling itself, but watching his US title win it was difficult not to get caught up in the story of a guy who saw what he wanted and took the initiative to make it happen. Since then, Ryder has remained in relative obscurity, even to the point of failing to be featured on Raw as it emanated from his home town. Was it ever likely that Ryder would find himself in the main event? Not really, but considering the only storyline he ever got on television was being a prop in a short feud between Kane and John Cena, you can't help but feel that he didn't quite get a fair shake. Currently, Ryder uses his Twitter account to offer unhappy-sounding musings on his status in the WWE and react to tweets and articles that express surprise at him still being a WWE employee. Poor bloke.
