WWE's alleged attempts at contacting AEW talent saw them get in touch with more than one wrestler contracted to Tony Khan's promotion.

This is according to Dave Meltzer. Reporting on today's Wrestling Observer Radio, he stated that there isn't just "one person to pick a name" when it comes to the contract tampering allegations, but a few.

Fightful reported earlier in the month that a "notable AEW talent" under a full-time deal with the promotion had been contacted by WWE concerning a potential return. The wrestler in question informed AEW management about the situation, claiming they had no desire to leave.

Khan, AEW's CEO and founder, held a meeting with talent prior to last night's episode of Dynamite. A number of recent issues came up, including the tampering allegations. Per PWInsider, Khan revealed that Megha Parekh, AEW's Chief Legal Officer, had emailed WWE co-CEOs Nick Khan and Stephanie McMahon warning them "not to tamper" with contracted AEW wrestlers.

WWE's backstage situation has changed immensely over the past few months, with Vince McMahon out as Chairman and CEO, Khan and Stephanie ascending, and Triple H becoming the company's head of talent relations and creative.
