WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Aug 21)

5. So, About That Kidnapping...

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I could have sworn that a man was kidnapped on Impact two weeks ago. His name was Bram. He used to team with Magnus, and he once was married to Charlotte. Is he uh...okay? He is a HUMAN BEING!

Once again, TNA ran a kidnapping angle and had absolutely no idea how to follow it up. Samoa Joe was infamously abducted years ago, and then just showed up again like nothing happened.

A couple weeks ago I complained about the lack of follow-up on Impact from the Bramnapping, now its just getting ridiculous! Not one vignette was aired about him, not one mention by the announcers on his whereabouts. He was just shoved into a trunk and driven off into the night.

Perhaps he’ll show back up in WWE and rejoin The Ascension. Nah, that's probably the worst possible outcome for him.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
