In ECW, Paul Heyman was famous for hiding the negatives of his talent and accentuating the positives. WWE is more like "Oh God, this is terrible. WATCH!"

The SmackDown tag division is like the leftovers in the dumpster behind a Chinese restaurant. There’s Breezango, The Vaudevillians and The Ascension as the heels on the show. Keep digging through the trash until you find something worth eating!

If you added up all the televised wins and losses between the three heel teams over the past three months, they would be 5-30. That’s actually a bit higher than I would have guessed, but still embarrassingly awful.

Watching all these teams battle each other, representing every tag team on the show, kind of makes you long for the days of The Dicks and The Heartthrobs.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
