WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Aug 28)
5. Going For The Fans

On a show that had Dolph Ziggler pretending to be Col. Sanders wrestling Miz as a giant chicken, and Jon Stewart acting like an ass, Seth Rollins and Mick Foley had the nerve to blast fans on the Internet for not taking SummerSlam seriously.
You see, Rollins and Foley are not happy with you. Yes, you! Why were you not louder at SummerSlam? WHY? How DARE you make silly chants of the new ugly belt during a match? What was wrong with you?
Excuse my language, but those two should shut their yaps! If a product is not good, the people WHO MADE the product are the ones responsible. SummerSlam was a damning statement on WWE in that they’re killing the passion of their most hardcore fans with way, way too much content. So Mick and Seth took the cowards way out and went after the fans instead of management.
The company should have learned their lesson from WrestleMania, in that absolutely no wrestling show ever needs to go six hours. The product is nowhere near hot enough to justify such a commitment. Plus, a huge majority of that crowd had just seen NXT Takeover 2 from the night before, which was a better show and far shorter.
The people who were in the crowd at SummerSlam had already sat through TEN freaking matches by the point Rollins vs. Balor went on. Whose fault is that? The people who have to sit in their uncomfortable, packed chairs for hours, or the people who booked too many damn matches?
