WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (August 16)

3. Roman Pains

Roman Reigns should be barred from doing interviews. Probably for the rest of his career, just to be safe. He seems to keep throwing away any goodwill he€™s built up with fans by coming across as a bit of a jerk when talking to the media. For example, people who don€™t think Daniel Bryan is €œthe best€? Well, they are not exactly the brightest people according to him in an interview with Sports Illustrated. "Bryan is the best. If anybody says any different, they're an idiot.€ Did you hear that? If you have the gall to think that A.J. Styles or Prince Puma or Okada, or any other wrestler is better than Daniel Bryan, well, then you€™re an idiot, thus sayeth the Reigns. That wasn€™t his only blunder of the week sadly. In an interview with Fox Sports he also told us he thinks he took place in the greatest match of all time at the main event of WrestleMania 31. €œI'm proud of that match. I'll hold that match against any in the history of wrestling. I really will." So Flair/Steamboat, Undertaker/Michaels, Mitsuharu Misawa/Kobashi and Reigns/Lesnar at Mania belong in the same category. Has Roman even seen those other matches or other class? All-time shouldn€™t mean the 50 or so matches he saw before beginning his wrestling career. Believe THAT!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
