WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Dec 28)

1. Massacre On 34th Street

What in the heck were Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt doing on a Massacre on 34th Street match? The company is trying to get one of them over as insane in a good way, and the other as insane in a bad way. Competing in that match didn€™t fit either of their characters. Getting thrown into wrapped cardboard boxes should be used for Heath Slater vs. The Miz if it must be done, not for two future top guys. When the crowd chants for €œOne more tree!€ to throw a man into, the heel shouldn€™t gladly oblige and throw a babyface into that tree! Heels should not be giving the crowd what they want. While Bray excels in some areas, it seems a bit strange that he forgot that lesson from the first day of wrestling school. I.R.S. hopefully gave him a stern talking to later. Above all, before booking the match, WWE should have asked themselves what does Bray Wyatt being beaten by a candy cane do for his character? Will people now take him more seriously now? Or is this just another cute idea that is destined to hold back talent all in the name of Vince getting a chuckle? In the words of Ebeneezer Kane this week "Bah humbug." Time to kick out. Agree? Disagree? What was your worst wrestling moment of the week? Sound off below and thanks for reading!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
