WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Feb 12)
5. Handicap Confusion
On SmackDown, Dolph Ziggler lost in a single minute to Apollo Crews. So why is adding another person to the match going to make things more fair?
This entire feud has been terrible so far, and it's a perfect example why brand specific pay-per-views should only have five matches, or last two hours; whatever makes the show end sooner.
There's just no good way out of this. Ziggler already beat Kalisto fairly in under a minute a few weeks ago. Crews just beat Ziggler in 60 seconds. So how does any of this even matter? If the good guys win then they beat a guy who had an unfair advantage. If they lose, then they're both buried...and Ziggler has already been pretty effectively buried with his loses since turning heel, so everyone will be nice and buried together. The goal of booking a match should be to make at least one person look good coming out of it. It's not really possible here.
Remember TLC 2012 where Ziggler was in the main event of the show facing off against John Cena for the World Heavyweight Title and we all had high hopes for his future? Sorry, I just felt the need to bring that up. It's clear that those days are never, ever coming back.
