WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Feb 14)

6. Chris Jericho Alvin And The Chipmunks

€œI€™m the best in the world at what I do.€ -Chris Jericho
Damn right Chris, no one is better than you at coming up with cringe-worthy catchphrases! At Worst of the Week, I€™ve been really hard on Jericho during his most recent run (see previous slide for example). But it€™s only because at one point he was so, so good. He's gone from a great worker to a pretty good one (mostly due to age, which is understandable), but his humor has gone from decent to abysmal. He didn€™t have as far to fall in the joke making department, as he often relied on €œass clown€ for one of his trademark phrases. But his new material is low, even for him. This week Jericho confronted The Miz and wanted to verbally teach him a lesson. With the recent dental problems of the star of The Marine 4: Moving Target, this was an opportunity for Y2J to poke a little fun at him. The field was wide open, but he crossed the line when he slammed him with Alvin and the Chipmunks €œAll I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth.€ Dammit Chris, there were children in the audience! If someone in WWE deserved to be suspended for 60 days this week, it was Jericho with that line.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
