WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Jan 25)

7. Matthews vs. Ross

https://twitter.com/realjoshmathews/status/557050988524077056 Josh Matthews, knock it off! It€™s hard enough to like TNA as it is, due to the sheer amount of times they€™ve insulted our intelligence. But now their lead announcer has insulted perhaps the greatest announcer of all time just for the heck of it. Overall, I like Matthews. He brings some energy to Impact, he seems passionate about the product, and I haven€™t had to hear his voice for thousands of hours like I have Michael Cole€™s. But he just had to go on Twitter to give Ross an unprovoked and virtual low-blow, probably because of all the years he was kept from saying anything on interest while in WWE. It all went down when Ross Tweeted that UFC €˜won€™ against the NFL when they aired at the same time. Ross even used quotation marks for €œwon!€ That means he didn€™t really mean it. Well, the former Tough Enough contestant was quite upset by this anyway for reasons not fully explained. He wrote back that €œAnyone over 60 needs to go away.€ Anyone? Well that€™s not really nice. What did my grandma ever do to you Matthews?

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
