WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (July 10)

7. Obligatory Rematch Time

Miz vs. Dean Ambrose went down on SmackDown last week - a champion vs. champion match if you will. It made the list here, as I strongly despise watching title holders lose, and then get even more irritated when two champions are facing off with no hype whatsoever.

Since WWE assumed half their audience was out getting drunk and shooting fireworks on Monday, they decided to give us the exact same match again on Raw. And they did not bother to mention it was a rematch.

That’s another one of my WWE pet peeves. The company doesn't think our memory is capable of going back three days in time. It's ridiculously insulting! All it would have taken is a 30 second promo from The Miz saying he knows he can beat Ambrose this time. Or, maybe he had a cold on SmackDown, or he studied the footage and now knows Ambrose’s weakness, or after watching Final Deletion, Miz no longer cares about life and wants to get beat again.

Absolutely any reason is better than no reason.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
