WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (July 17)

2. Brock Busted?

Brock could be in a lot of trouble in the near future.

For starters, he could be fined $1.25 million for using performance enhancing drugs. The Nevada State Athletic Commission may even go for more of his purse winnings, taking a large chunk out of Brock’s pocket. That’s not even the worst of it.

Brock could be suspended from fighting for two years, meaning he couldn’t compete again until he’s 41. While he hasn’t publicly stated whether he was interested in another fight, it seems pretty likely that he would return for more. This story also puts WWE in a bad light, especially if he’s suspended by the NSAC.

The company is reeling from bad publicity from Roman Reigns, Adam Rose and Jerry Lawler, which scared them off from hiring Moose. Now Brock is getting them a lot of unwanted mainstream attention, more than the other three put together. It would look hypocritical of the company to let him compete if another organization suspended him, which could put the SummerSlam match in jeopardy.

This is the saddest, and most unfortunate thing Brock has been involved with since his match with Goldberg.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
