WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (July 31)
Split brands, talking trees and a man beast.

Matt Hardy proudly announced that he will eat your cat, Rosemary had a conversation with a tree and Goldust and R-Truth went Pokemon hunting. These were the absolute three biggest things to happen in professional wrestling this week. There may have also been a pay-per-view and the beginning of a brand split. But seriously, which Pokemon did Golden Truth catch?
Congratulations are in order to Rusev and Lana for their marriage, and to James Ellsworth for getting drafted to Raw before Heath Slater. No congratulations are in order to Byron Saxton for saying on Raw that Sasha Banks theme song title “Sky's The Limit” is ironic. Because, that...well, that’s not really using irony at all. At least he didn’t yell out “flat a swy!” instead of “swat a fly” like Michael Cole. I don't know, these seem like fireable offenses to me.
Battleground was a solid show overall. This week’s edition of Raw was the best of the year, and SmackDown was basically a decent episode of SmackDown, just now with more 30% more jobbers. Overall, this may have been WWE’s most entertaining week of the year. But all was not well in McMahonLand. No, not even close!
Let’s not waste anymore time to find out why. Locate the nearest family member, trick them into turning around, then jump up into the air behind their back, grab their head and land awkwardly on the floor together as we Zig Zag our way through WWE’s and TNA’s worst of the week!
