1. Roman Suspended

While some people may take a bit of glee with this week’s big news, it is a bit of a shame. Roman Reigns was finally showing signs of becoming an interesting character when he told the crowd who was showering him with chants that he can’t wrestle to “Shut up and drink their beer.” Nice! Well...it’s going to take a month for any sort of follow-up on that.

It's pretty shocking that Roman was busted by the WWE Wellness Policy, right in the midst of a major storyline. Not since Rob Van Dam has a top guy’s career been derailed like this. And in all fairness, McMahon is a much bigger fan of Roman than he ever was of Rob’s. So this does kind of legitimize their mysterious tests a bit.

Monday is going to be incredibly interesting with how it all plays out. Will they say Roman was attacked? Will they be forced to speak honestly, and tell fans he failed a test? And when he returns, will he finally be forced to be turn heel? There are a lot of ways this can go down, but it’s almost a sure thing that Roman will have lost some of Vince’s trust. It will take more than good looks, shiny hair, and a nice flak jacket to win that back.

Time to kick out.
