I dont know about you, but I just feel bad for Rusev. A couple weeks ago, a big, mean bully pulled down his countrys flag. This past week that same bully, and his other big stinky bully friend, beat him up for no good reason. Rusev was having a hard fought, back-and-forth match with Big Show and had him locked in his finisher. Mark Henry then jumped up on the ring apron. Rusev knocked him down, which was well deserved. Henry flipped out and attacked Rusev from behind. The two pals then cornered a scared Rusev whose only option was to fight back, and was punched in the face the second he turned around. Well, instead of apologizing, on SmackDown, Big Show yukked it up and also admitted to damaging an innocent mans car in the past. He was very pleased with that fact. He also said that hes a big guy and smells bad sometimes. I dont know about you, but theres just something about Big Show trying to be funny that angers me. Im not sure this is a healthy reaction. But after watching him for 20 years, and being 0 for 7,000 in even making me crack a smile, I don't know what other reaction to have. Despite the fact that Show and Rusev have fought for free twice on TV now, we get to pay to see them face off for the third time at Hell in a Cell. Can WWE just air some of those commercials during that match instead?
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
