WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Oct 8)
1. Wolf Creek Cage Match
I don’t know, but seeing a man staple gunned to the balls one minute into a match feels like we’ve gone 20 years back in time to ECW at its worst.
TNA named a tag match after a TV show, which is based off of a movie. Hey, I enjoyed the movie quite a bit, but you don’t name a match after a show or movie! That is why Sting vs. Ric Flair in a The Prince of Tides submission match never happened in 1991. That should be an unwritten rule in wrestling, because there's no need to write it down, because bothering to write it down would be a needlessly stupid thing to do.
Schitt’s Creek is also a Pop TV show. Will we get a Schitt’s Creek Street Fight when the show comes back? How about An Unusually Thicke Ultimate X Match?
The Wolf Creek tag match featured a cage with a bunch of weapons inside. It was also a bizarre promoting move. Because if it had to happen at all, what would have been the harm of hyping it one week in advance? This is a rematch from the Hardys vs. Decay match at Bound for Glory, and should have at least been the main event of a show. Matt and Jeff are the biggest draws in the company, so saying they are going to do something could, in theory, get people to tune in to see what they will do.
In conclusion, any match that has a chainsaw in it needs to be deleted from history.

Time to kick out.
