WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Sept 13)

7. No, We Are Not Entertained

Sheamus and Randy Orton is the feud that simply will not end. It€™s almost like a running joke between creative: How many times can they keep booking this match before Vince McMahon notices? Otherwise, WWE must think this is the hottest feud of the summer because they keep serving it to us. So this may naturally cause you to wonder how much of our lives we€™ve wasted watching them fight. Well, starting on June 1st Sheamus and Orton have fought in five televised one-on-one matches that lasted a total of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 23 seconds. Seems a bit excessive and tedious. But that€™s only five matches right? No, because when not fighting one-on-one, they€™ve bored us in tag too! In fact, in that same time-frame they€™ve faced off in tag matches seven times for 1 hour, 49 minutes and 33 seconds. So total, we have 2 hours, 59 minutes and 56 seconds worth of Sheamus vs. Orton in some form this summer. Three hours! In the span of that time you could watch The Godfather, or eight episodes of Arrested Development, or mow your lawn multiple times, or just sit and cry for three hours...which would actually be more exciting than watching those two fight again.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
