WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Sept 20)

Let€™s talk about more lack of logic on Raw this week, because that seems to have been the theme of the show! Dusty Rhodes passed away a few months ago, and the tag tournament in NXT is a fitting tribute to his memory, giving us another €œDusty finish€ is not. For once, WWE actually promoted a televised women€™s match a week out. Was Charlotte going to finally end Nikki€™s streak? Would Nikki look dominant, and break the record with an exclamation point? Or would there be a screwy finish that makes everyone look bad? Of course it was the last choice! So Charlotte pins Brie Bella, and for some reason, this is the one time that it upsets someone in management, and Stephanie McMahon decided to right that wrong...six days in the future. What stopped her from just continuing the match? We€™ve seen that happen plenty of times, and it€™s not like the Bellas put the boots to Charlotte post-match to put her at a disadvantage. They could have kept going. And also, why was the ref€™s decision final at SummerSlam, but not here? Why didn't Steph re-book that match? If WWE wants us to take this Divas Revolution seriously, then Charlotte should have been irate over the decision and not sit there crying. Imagine Brock crying post-match at SummerSlam, and what that would have done for his character. Eat. Sleep. Cry. Repeat.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
