2. Adding That No DQ Stip To The WWE Title Match

First things first, that finish was horrible, barely made sense and could have been replaced with a much more satisfying ones for fans who singled out AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura as the match they'd been looking forward to most. No disqualification? More like no conclusive ending.

On the plus side, the No DQ stipulation WWE added didn't feel tacked on in the slightest. It made sense due to Nakamura's unprovoked attacks on AJ since WrestleMania 34, gave AJ a reason to get heated and suited the story of Naka's low-blow fixation on the WWE Champ.

Theoretically, this was a fitting occasion to have Shinsuke get his comeuppance, but this is WWE and the writers blatantly want another match from the pair.

They're going to have to get inventive to keep fans hooked though, because a No Disqualification stip should have been enough to end the feud. Still, when AJ and Nakamura weren't being let down by a tame finish, they brawled effectively and used steel chairs.

The accidental blood on AJ's cheek added to the fervour too.
