3. Batista vs The Great Khali (c) - World Heavyweight Title - SummerSlam 2007
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_xef4IfdPA Has there ever been anyone worse than The Great Khali? It's accurate to say that he's universally loathed. It's always baffled me why he was so pushed and was put over so many great wrestlers when his matches were abysmal. At the time in 2007, if you noticed that Smackdown was unusually cut short of it's usual two hours, apparently it was because so much had to be taken out from Khali's mistakes! The guy couldn't even seem to stand up straight and walk properly. It's still something seen now, just thankfully not in the main attractions like in this match. He must be damn impressive to see live I suppose, but nothing can forgive his truly terrible in-ring work. The World Heavyweight Championship match of SummerSlam 2007 was a disappointing seven minutes bell-to-bell. A slow and boring "fight", made up of Khali's signature head chops oversold by Batista and rest-holds. Full credit should go to Batista for giving an alright performance of someone trying to overcome a man-mountain, posed with the insurmountable task of getting a good match out of the dreadful Khali. One of Batista's and SummerSlam's worst matches ever.
