One of the biggest names on this list to not sign a contract with a global promotion, Lio Rush has nonetheless kept a busy schedule, working for all kinds of different groups around North America.

A regular on the independent circuit, particularly for companies like GCW, Rush has also competed for New Japan Pro Wrestling's STRONG imprint in the United States, and teased crossing over to Japan once the global health crisis eases off.

November 2020 saw him sign with MLW. Debuting there in January, he immediately became the promotion's World Middleweight Champion, then took the AAA World Cruiserweight Title from Laredo Kid is well. His finger is in a lot of pies, he's doing well, and his current endeavours mean appearances in Japan and Mexico are likely in his future once travel restrictions are no longer a thing.
