As a trio, there's nobody quite like Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston on the WWE roster. Across both active brands, The New Day are the biggest and best babyface team the company currently have on their books. New Day have managed to defy their humble beginnings, firstly becoming excellent heels that then transitioned into a top babyface role.

Still, the fact they're supposedly good guys didn't stop them from outright cheating at Clash Of Champions. In the show's opening match, New Day faced the team of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson for the WWE Tag-Team Titles. Xavier Woods was posted at ringside, and he played a huge role in the finish.

Clocking Anderson with his trusty trombone, Woods helped his side pick up the victory. It was fairly weird to hear the announce team attempt to justify their actions, especially because Gallows and Anderson were effectively robbed of the chance to become champions.

Gallows was perplexed as he appealed to the referee, who simply shrugged his shoulders and said he hadn't seen any wrong doing from the babyface squad.
