1. Punching A Fan

Wherever he went, he was accompanied by Paul Heyman and the WWE Universe just loved to boo their WWE Champion. On the 8th October 2012 edition of Monday Night Raw, however, one fan in particular would have a genuine reason to boo The Voice Of The Voiceless. Punk was scheduled to have a match with Mr. McMahon to close out the show but ended up brutally attacking McMahon before the match ever got started. During the beating, Ryback would come to the aid of his employer and Punk would flee into the stands. While standing on the arena stairs a fan behind pushed him a couple of times and Punk's reaction will go down in wrestling history. He swung his right arm backwards and struck the fan in the head. Some could argue the point that Punk was attacked first, but as a performer and a public figure you should never retaliate, especially when you're in the public eye so much (just ask Charlie Sheen). Was the whole event blown a bit out of proportion? Probably. Was it one of Punk's most infamous incidents? Definitely.
