2. Brawn Can't Withstand Tyson's Fury

Unlike Cain Velasquez, who has already demonstrated a preternatural aptitude for the business during his brief time in AAA, Tyson Fury is a complete unknown quantity. We can't cast aspersions on Fury's commitment; even though this bout is ultimately to promote his match with Deontay Wilder, he may yet have been preparing for it non-stop. But a million years training won't necessarily make him a perfect fit for the wrestling ring.

And it hasn't been a million years. So this is likely to be very short. And very short, with the express aim of selling a fight worth more to FOX than this poxy wrestling nonsense, means the man on the billboard has to win. WWE are quite happy to sacrifice one of their stars for the greater good of their bank balance. Heck, that's what these shows are all about.

Prediction: Tyson Fury has a high-profile boxing match this February. Expect to hear about it.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
