2. Paul Heyman Sides With Brock Lesnar So Soon
This union between Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns has been beautiful.
Together, the pair (alongside The Usos) have ruled SmackDown with an iron fist. That top-tier storytelling proceeded unabated until WWE elected to throw in a little shred of doubt by having Brock Lesnar allege that Heyman is still conducting his business affairs behind Roman's back.
Normally, this would only be heading in one direction: Heyman turning on Reigns and re-aligning with Lesnar. It was a swerve all along, folks! You and the 'Tribal Chief' have been had by wrestling's master manipulator and his 'Beast Incarnate'. Man, here's hoping that isn't where this tale goes quite yet.
It feels way too soon for Paul E to split from Reigns side. That's a huge compliment to what they've achieved together considering it's been over a year since Heyman became Roman's 'Special Council'. Pressing the reset button on Paul and Brock this Thursday doesn't sound right given how much mileage WWE has left with the story.
