Admittedly we all know this one now so I’m having to stretch it slightly to call it a rumour. But WWE are still yet to rubber stamp it so, I mean, technically, sort of, it counts. Also I’ll be damned if I’m rewriting part of this article for him.

Anyway, it’s a lock-in this one by all accounts, but the “speculation” is that Hulk Hogan will be the official host of WWE Crown Jewel. They’ve been rumoured to be desperate to bring him back into the fold for some-time now, and doing it on a show that’s already divided opinion is as good an option as any.

Over three years he’s spent in the wrestling wilderness, after being dropped in a heartbeat after a string of racist comments, all ended now thanks to an obscene sum of Saudi oil money and mere weeks after they were implicated in the death of a journalist. WWE, everybody. Enjoy the show.
