The more prepared fans among us may already have been aware of the exact length and schedule of the CWC. But for those us of who had glossed over the tournament’s finer details, we were conveniently reminded of them by the title sequence at the start of the show.

The CWC is scheduled to run for 10 weeks, which takes us through to mid-September.

Now, if the tournament were to continue at the current pace of four matches per show, everything would be wrapped up in less than 8 weeks—so expect to see fewer, longer matches as the weeks go by and we approach the latter stages of proceedings.

Also, this may be a good place to note that the tournament’s finale on September 14th is scheduled to be a live show, featuring both of the semis as well as the final itself. A little bit like King of the Ring. Only better.
