The announcement that Finn Balor was being drafted to Monday Night Raw pleased an awful lot of people. Instantly, Twitter went crazy over the news, and even many of Balor's peers from the independent scene popped by to congratulate him digitally. That shows the respect Finn commands in the industry right now.

There was even a smile on Stephanie McMahon's face when Mick Foley revealed that Balor was now a Raw exclusive. Feeding into the previous entry on this list, was this merely coincidence or does Balor's promotion to Raw tie in nicely to the fact that The Club now need a new leader?

In Japan, Balor has worked extensively with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson before. As part of The Bullet Club, they set the scene for WWE's own version of the stable (involving another former New Japan stalwart, AJ Styles).

At his own behest, Balor spent a few years working diligently in NXT. Now is very much the time for him to shine though, it's incredible to think there are still millions of people who haven't been exposed to his talent.
