WWE Elimination Chamber 2014: 7 Things WWE Did Right

1. Wyatt Family vs. The Shield Was Outstanding

There was a lot of pressure on the Wyatt Family and The Shield to have a great match at Elimination Chamber. After 22 minutes of intense action with a hot crowd that was chanting "this is awesome" before the match even began, it's safe to fair to say that they had that epic match we were expecting. They worked the match at the perfect pace. The first 15 minutes or so saw everybody get a chance to show what they could do. Then when Roman Reigns received the hot tag for his team that's when the fun really happened. Bray Wyatt ended up fighting with Dean Ambrose into the crowd and poor Ambrose was not seen again. File a missing persons report! Then the Wyatt Family teamed up to give Seth Rollins a double chokeslam through the Spanish Table. Very impressive move. All of that led to the numbers game coming into play and Reigns took the pinfall loss for his team. The two guys that impressed me a lot were Rollins and Luke Harper. Rollins is one of the best athletes in WWE while Harper is very athletic for a big guy. How many guys his size can do a dive outside the ring the way he did? Not easy. Rollins hit a perfect somersault plancha to go along with several other high flying moves. Is it the WWE match of the year so far? I think so. The other contenders for that honor would be the Wyatt/Bryan match from the Royal Rumble and Cesaro/Cena from Raw a couple of weeks ago. This is my favorite one so far. Hopefully there's another match between the teams because with The Shield splitting up time is running out for more of them. Thanks to those six men for giving us that awesome match. It won't be forgotten.
