So, Orton and Bray Wyatt will top the bill at WrestleMania, as many predicted (possibly more out of hope than anything else after Royal Rumble). That doesn't mean WWE can't throw a spanner into the works, or that they wouldn't dream of it: because we should all have come to expect that the company will seek every opportunity to exert authority or mess with expectations in the most horribly predictable way ever.
